Please inspect all packages carefully upon delivery. All discrepancies need to be reported within 7 days to receive credit or replacement.

Undamaged merchandise: 20% restocking fee on all items returned in sellable condition. Prior authorization must be given to receive credit. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any items received without authorization will not be given credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders shipped incorrectly due to our mistake will be credited. Absolutely no credit given on fragrance. Defective merchandise: Notice must be given within 7 days of receipt to receive credit or replacement. Items ordered that you are unable to sell are not considered defective. All sales items, WAS/NOW pricing, further reduced, or Weekly Special items are non-returnable and non-refundable. You must be certain of the items you are ordering. Original policy January 6, 2000, amended for sellable merchandise February 18, 2010.

All candle making supply prices listed on this site are considered wholesale. If you are out of state, there is no sales tax charged. All orders from Ohio will be charged sales tax unless a vendor's license number is given. Please inquire by e-mail about volume discounts above what are stated on the web site.

All orders by money order - shipping will be added! You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours with complete total. Any personal or business check received will delay your order a minimum of 7 business days, up to 14 business days, or until we receive assurance from our bank that the check is valid. There may be instances where bulky light items will not be charged shipping correctly. Every effort will be made to consolidate packing, and you may be notified by email that shipping charges will be adjusted. This may include, but not limited to: bottles, aluminum molds, or other items.

Priority Mail and Flat Rate Priority Mail options:
Options are provided for US Priority Mail and US Priority Mail Flat Rate. We have tried our best to categorize weight allowances for each Flat Rate price level. In some instances items ordered may not fit in the size option the cart selected according to weight values. (Large Flat Rate box, Med., Small, etc.) In this case, we will ship at the next most economical level available for your order within the Priority Mail classification. Please provide a working telephone number in the event that we need to discuss other shipping options. No First Class service is offered.

Restrictions:
Wax slabs/bags can be shipped Priority Mail only or any level of UPS service (no Flat Rate).
Wax cases can be shipped using any level of UPS service (no US Mail).
Connie’s Candles reserves the right to modify shipping selection for safety of product during transit. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
